<p>This new chocolate protein powder has made us create some new fun chocolate flavored that we are loving, it is kind of like having dessert for breakfast! My daughter, Sophie, created the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie and we all fell in love.  It  is full of flavor and loaded with protein, so you are getting the best of both worlds.  This time of year, chocolate and strawberries are top of mind, so we might as well make it into a smoothie as well! </p>

<p><strong>Strawberries-</strong>Frozen strawberries are the star ingredient. <br><strong>Banana-</strong>One banana will at a sweet flavor and creamy texture.  Fresh or frozen bananas will work great.  <br><strong>Chocolate Protein Powder- </strong>I have become a huge fan of <a href="https://rstyle.me/+2pfW462MqbtNTaSU_GO33w">Sprout Living Chocolate Protein Powder</a>. It is the perfect amount of chocolate and has a hint of cinnamon flavor that I love. If you don't have chocolate protein powder at home you can use vanilla protein powder and then add 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder to the smoothie for a chocolate flavor.<br><strong>Chia Seeds-</strong> I always add a tablespoon of chia seeds to my smoothies for an extra boost of fiber. You can leave these out if you don't have them but these are a great pantry staple.<br><strong>Vanilla Almond Milk-</strong>I love French Vanilla Nut pods because it has a thick texture.   </p>
