<p><strong>Frozen Mixed Berries-</strong> Combine your favorite mixed berries or buy a bag of frozen mixed berries.  Blackberries, blueberries and raspberries are my favorite for this bowl, but strawberries are always a great addition!   </p>



<p><strong>Banana-</strong>Fresh or frozen bananas will work and will add a creamy texture to this smoothie bowl </p>



<p><strong>Fresh Spinach-</strong> Adding this leafy green will not add any flavor, just a great source of vitamins and perfect way to add drink your veggies</p>



<p><strong>Milk-</strong> Any  milk of your choice will be great for this smoothie bowl.  I love almond milk, but oat, coconut or cows milk will be good.  </p>



<p><strong>Protein Powder- </strong>Choose your favorite vanilla protein powder and add one serving.  </p>



<p><strong>Açaí Powder-</strong> Adding a rich berry flavor and a hint of chocolate Açaí powder should not be skipped.  You can find this powder in your local natural grocery store or specialty markets.   </p>

<p>Combine frozen mixed berries, banana, spinach, almond milk, protein powder and açaí powder into a blender.  Blend on high speed until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.  Be sure to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is combined.  </p>
