Perfectly pink, Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Cocktail is a refreshing burst of flavor and a great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your love. Raspberry sorbet scooped into a champagne glass or coupe, topped with cointreau for a pop of orange flavor and finished off with your favorite champagne.
2 Tablespoon Raspberry Sorbet
1/2 ounce Cointreau
Garnish: Edible Flowers or Fresh Thyme Sprig
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 2 tablespoons of raspberry sorbet into a champagne glass or champagne coupe
Pour the cointreau over the sorbet and then pour the champagne to fill the remainder of the glass
Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme or an edible flower
