Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2lb butter (2 sticks)
  • 16oz of cream cheese
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. With paddle beat butter and cream cheese until smooth
  2. add powdered sugar and vanilla extract
  3. *if you want your icing a little more stiff, add more powdered sugar*
