<p><strong>Feta Cheese</strong><br>Use a high quality feta cheese and I prefer to use a block so you can also cut it into cubes.  If you can't find a feta block, crumbled feta is also great!  </p>



<p><strong>Fresh Mint</strong><br>Fresh mint adds a burst of freshness and flavor and pairs perfectly with the watermelon and cheese.  Chop the mint leaves up to ensure you get a piece in each bite.  </p>



<p><strong>Lemon Vinaigrette </strong><br>Using all fresh ingredients, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and seasoned with salt and pepper.  This will be the perfect pairing to your watermelon salad.  </p>
