Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
Lay 2 defrosted square of puff pastry on the counter and using a pastry brush, brush each side with a light coating of olive oil
Place one puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet and sprinkle the shredded parmesan to cover one side of the puff pastry sheet
Lay the prosciutto over the parmesan to evenly cover the top
Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top of the prosciutto
Cut the layered puff pastry into a triangle and cut strips on each side of the triangle leaving the center attached
Twist each piece to create a tree and press the ends together to prevent the puff pastry from separating
Bake the Prosciutto Parmesan Puff Pastry Tree for 25 minutes or until the dough is light golden brown and baked throughout
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary and serve immediately
