  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tablespoon Creamy Almond Butter
  • 1 serving Protein or Collagen Powder use measurement from protein powder manufacturer
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Fresh Dates Pitted
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Water

Instructions
