Summer Rosé Sangria

Summers freshest stone fruit marinated in a chilled and refreshing rosé wine makes for the best Summer Rosé Sangria! Your new favorite summer nights cocktail can be enjoyed in no time by combining ruby red cherries, sliced nectarines, apricots and lemons, mixed with St. Germain Elderberry Liqueur and a bottle of Rosé.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Rosé Wine
  • ½ Cup St. Germain Elderberry Liqueur
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Nectarine Pitted and Sliced
  • 1 Apricot Pitted and Sliced
  • ½ Cup Red Cherries Pitted
  • ½ Lemon Sliced
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher combine the fruit (cherries, nectarines, apricots and sliced lemons)
  • Pour the St. Germain Liqueor and lemon juice over the fruit
  • Pour the bottle of rosé into the pitcher and allow the fruit to infuse in the rosé wine for one hour
  • When you are ready to serve the sangria, fill individual glasses with ice, pour the sangria into each glass, divide the fruit slices and top off each glass with a splash of sparkling water (optional: garnish with fresh mint)
