In a cocktail shaker or glass jar with a strainer, muddle the blackberries and mint until juice is extracted
Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and tequila and shake until fully combined
In a cocktail glass filled with ice, strain the Blackberry Tequila Lemonade juice into the glass
Top off the cocktail with sparkling water to fill the glass
Garnish with fresh mint and blackberries, Enjoy!
Simple Syrup Recipe
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
½ Cup Water
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the simple syrup to cool completely
- Store the simple syrup in a jar in the refrigerator until you are ready to use
(Simple Syrup can stay refrigerated for 2 weeks)
