Prepare a ¼ sheet pan lined with parchment paper; set aside
In a small microwave safe bowl combine the semi sweet chocolate and 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Melt for 30 second increments until fully melted and smooth
Spread the melted chocolate on a prepare baking sheet pan; set aside while melting the white chocolate but make sure the chocolate is still soft
In another small microwave safe bowl combine the white chocolate and 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Melt for 30 second increments until fully melted and smooth
Drizzle or spread the white chocolate on top of the semi sweet chocolate and swirl around with a toothpick
Add the candy pieces and decorate the top of the melted chocolate while still soft
Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely at room temperature or place the sheet pan in the refrigerator to set the chocolate quicker
Remove the chocolate bark from the refrigerator and chop up the chocolate bark into small to medium pieces
Store in an airtight container until ready to serve, package up for gifting or add to your favorite candy board tray!
