Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Serving Chocolate Protein Powder I used Sprout Living Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Vanilla Almond Milk add more if needed

Instructions

  • In a blender combine the frozen strawberries, banana, protein powder, chia seeds and almond milk
  • Blend until fully combined and smooth
  • Serve immediately! Enjoy
