  • 1 Cup Frozen Dragon Fruit Cubed
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango Cubed
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Amount is based on brand
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately
