Easy Valentine's Strawberry Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Chex Cereal
  • 3 Cups Cheerios
  • 3 Cups Kettle Corn Popcorn
  • 2 Cups Pretzels X's O's
  • 1 ½ Cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • ¼ Cup Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • ½ Cup Conversation Heart Sweet Tarts
  • ½ Cup M&M's

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, cheerios, kettle corn popcorn and pretzels; set aside
  • Using a small food processor pulse the freeze dried strawberries until it turns into a powder; set aside
  • (if you don't have a food processor, place the freeze dried strawberries in a large plastic bag and smash the strawberries until it turns into a powder)
  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted
  • Add the freeze dried strawberries to the melted white chocolate and stir until fully combined
  • Pour the strawberry white chocolate over the Chex, cheerio, popcorn and pretzel mixture and gently stir until everything is coated in the chocolate
  • Pour the snack mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet
  • While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle the conversation heart sweet tarts and m&m's over the snack mix
  • Allow the snack mix to cool completely
  • Break apart snack mix into chunks and place on a serving platter, bowl or packaged for gifting
  • Store in an airtight container
