Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Cocktail

Perfectly pink, Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Cocktail is a refreshing burst of flavor and a great way to celebrate Valentine's Day with your love.  Raspberry sorbet scooped into a champagne glass or coupe, topped with cointreau for a pop of orange flavor and finished off with your favorite champagne.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Raspberry Sorbet
  • ½ ounce Cointreau
  • Champagne
  • Garnish: Edible Flowers or Fresh Thyme Sprig

Instructions

  • Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 2 tablespoons of raspberry sorbet into a champagne glass or champagne coupe
  • Pour the cointreau over the sorbet and then pour the champagne to fill the remainder of the glass
  • Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme or an edible flower
  • Serve and Enjoy!
