Peanut Butter M&M Energy bites are kind of like a party in a ball. Although they have a touch of sweet, these no-bake energy bites are the perfect grab and go snack for in between school activities.
No-Bake Energy Bite Ingredients
Old-Fashioned Oats
The base of this recipe, oats provide fiber and whole grain goodness. You can substitute for quick oats for a smoother texture, but the old-fashioned ones offer a chewier bite.
Peanut Butter
Use your favorite kind of peanut butter, creamy or chunky.
Honey
Act as a natural sweetener and helps bind the mixture together.
Chia Seeds
Adding chia seeds is optional but highly recommended for an extra boost of omega-3's and fiber.
Mini M&M
These little candies add a pop of color and sweetness and will be a favorite for the kids. If you want to remove the M&M for a healthier option, I love replacing the M&M's for dried cranberries.
Mini Chocolate Chips
Adding the perfect amount of sweet.
