- ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ Cup mini M&M’s
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients
- Stir until all the ingredients come together and start to stick
- Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and roll into balls (I like mine to be about 1” in diameter)
- Place the energy bites in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat

- Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and roll into balls (I like mine to be about 1” in diameter)
- After you roll each into a ball, cover each ball in shredded coconut

- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
