Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ Cup mini M&M’s
  • ¾ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract and cinnamon and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the oats, mini chocolate chips and mini m&m's until fully combined.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and roll into balls (I like mine to be about 1” in diameter)
  • Place the energy bites in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat
