Whole Wheat + Oats Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Medium Ripe Bananas, Smashed
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Garnish

  • 1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and add a non stick solution to your loaf pan
  2. In a large bowl combine eggs, yogurt, smashed bananas, honey and vanilla extract
  3. Wisk all ingredients together until smooth
  4. Add in quick oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda and cinnamon
  5. Whisk in dry ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with semisweet chocolate chips
  7. Bake banana bread loaf for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean
