Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes washed
  • 5 Fresh Basil Leaves washed
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Burrata Cheese Balls
  • Garnish: Fresh Basil and Balsamic Reduction

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a medium bowl
  • Chop the fresh basil leaves into small strips and place them in the bowl with the tomatoes
  • Season the tomatoes and basil with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss until tomatoes are fully coated
  • Arrange the tomatoes on a serving platter with the two burrata cheese balls, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction and sprinkle the top of the burrata cheese balls with course sea salt
  • Garnish with fresh basil leave and serve immediately! Enjoy!
