Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a medium bowl
Chop the fresh basil leaves into small strips and place them in the bowl with the tomatoes
Season the tomatoes and basil with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss until tomatoes are fully coated
Arrange the tomatoes on a serving platter with the two burrata cheese balls, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction and sprinkle the top of the burrata cheese balls with course sea salt
Garnish with fresh basil leave and serve immediately! Enjoy!
