Easy Easter Popcorn Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Popped Popcorn
  • 2 Cups Pretzels Optional: Easter Pretzels
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 Cups Pastel M&M and Mini Cadbury Eggs Mixed
  • ¼ Cup Pastel Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place the popped popcorn and pretzels in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to combine.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate melting wafer in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and pretzels and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Add the m&m and cadbury eggs and gently stir until evenly mixed throughout.
  • Spread the mixture onto the parchment lined baking sheet and immediately sprinkle the pastel sprinkles over the top so that they stick to the melted chocolate.
  • Allow the snack mix to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, pour the mixture into a serving bowl or package into cute bags or boxes for gifting.
  • Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag if you are not enjoying the snack mix the same day.
