Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a small to medium round baking dish or cast iron skillet with non stick spray.
Layer the chocolate bars to cover the bottom of the dish.
Arrange the marshmallows over the chocolate to create a red, white and blue pattern.
Bake the marshmallows and chocolate for 8-10 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are light golden color and soft to the touch.
remove the dish from the oven and serve immediately with the graham cracker dippers, while hot and the chocolate is melted and marshmallows are ooey gooey!
