Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Fresh Cranberries
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • ¾ Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick Optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan
  • Bring ingredients to a boil and then lower the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the cranberries burst and the liquid starts to thicken
  • Remove the pan from the heat, transfer to a glass bowl and allow the sauce to cool to room temperature and thicken
  • Serve at room temperature or wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to serve
