Spicy Simple Syrup
In a small sauce pan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil
Lower the heat to medium, add in the sliced jalapeños and allow the syrup to simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened
Strain the jalapeños and pour the Spicy Simple Syrup into a glass jar
Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow the syrup to cool completely before using
