Ingredients

  • 8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Cubed
  • 12 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal

White Chocolate and Eyeballs

  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Glaze Melted
  • Candy Eyeballs
  • Popsicle Sticks

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9x13 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper; set aside
  • In a large stockpot, melt the butter and mini marshmallows over low heat until the marshmallows are melted and creamy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract
  • Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the Rice Krispie Cereal and mix until fully combined.
  • Using a spatula, scoop the mixture into the prepared pan
  • Spray your hands with avocado oil or other nonstick spray and press the rice krispie treats down until they cover the pan in an even layer and the top is smooth.
  • Allow the Rice Krispie Treats to cool for approximately 30 minutes to allow the marshmallows to set and it will make it much easier to cut.
  • Remove the treats from pan and cut them into strip and then into rectangle pieces.

Dip in Chocolate and Decorate

  • In a glass bowl, microwave the white chocolate on high heat for 30 second increments, stirring in between, until the white chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Add a popsicle stick into each Rice Krispie treat and dip the top of the rectangle into melted white chocolate and add the two candy eyeballs. Allow the white chocolate to dry completely.
  • Once the white chocolate base is dry, using a piping bag and white chocolate, drizzle lines onto the Rice Krispie Treats to create the mummy. Allow the chocolate to dry before serving or packaging up to gift!
