Made with only five ingredients, Cucumber Margaritas are the perfect cocktail to enjoy all year round. Muddled cucumbers and fresh mint leaves, shaken with cucumber infused tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and a spicy salted rim for the final touch.

Cucumber Infused Tequila

Instructions
Prepare the cocktail glasses by rubbing a slice of lime on the edge of the glass and then dip the rim of the glass in a spicy margarita salt; set aside
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sliced cucumbers and mint leaves to release the juices
Add in the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup
Shake until all ingredients are combined
Fill the prepared cocktail glass with ice and pour the cucumber margarita over the ice
Garnish with fresh mint leave and a slice of cucumber
Enjoy!
Cucumber Infused Tequila
Fill a glass jar with sliced cucumber and tequila
Refrigerate the tequila for 24 hours to infuse
Notes
Simple Syrup1 Cup Granulated Sugar1 Cup Water
Combine both ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved
Allow the syrup to cool completely and store in a air tight glass jar
