  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Banana Fresh
  • ½ Avocado peeled
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Optional
