<p><b>Prepare the Chocolate Cream Filling </b></p>

<li id="instruction-step-6" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Add the semisweet chocolate chips to the heavy cream and whisk until smooth </span></li>
<li id="instruction-step-7" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture, continuously whisking until fully combined </span></li>
<li id="instruction-step-8" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Pour the custard back into the saucepan and on low heat continue cooking and stirring the custard until it is thick and coats the back of a wood spoon (approximately 5 minutes)</span></li>
<li id="instruction-step-9" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Strain the custard through a fine sieve </span></li>
<li id="instruction-step-10" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Pour the Chocolate Cream Filling into the Oreo Crust and allow it to cool completely</span></li>
<li id="instruction-step-11" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Refrigerate the Chocolate Cream Pie for 4-6 hours or overnight to allow the custard to set completely</span></li>

<p><b>Prepare the Chocolate Whipped Cream </b></p>

<li id="instruction-step-12" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">In a mixing bowl with whisk attachment, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder and whisk until the heavy cream becomes thick and starts to form ribbons </span></li>
<li id="instruction-step-13" style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Spread the Chocolate Whipped Cream on top of the chilled Chocolate Cream Pie and garnish with chocolate shavings and serve! </span></li>
