<p><strong>Add a Banana-</strong>If you want the smoothie to be slightly sweeter and more fruit flavor you can adda banana to your smoothie for a touch more creaminess. </p>



<p><strong>Protein Powder-</strong> Super important to find a protein powder that you like.  This will add the extra nutrients and protein without any additional fuss.  </p>



<p><strong>Additional Ingredients-</strong>The best part about a smoothie is that you can customize it to your liking.  I love adding spinach or chia seeds to my smoothie.  </p>
