Expert Tips and FAQS To Make A Great Smoothie
Milk Options
The best part about smoothies is you can easily adjust to your liking. I love almond milk or coconut milk for this smoothie but oat milk is also a great option.
Use A High Power Blender
When making a smoothie using a good quality blender that is powerful is important to prepare a great smoothie.
Storing and Freezing A Smoothie
Most smoothies are enjoyed right after they are made, but I do make smoothies in advance and pour them into the glass with lid and store it in the freezer until ready to enjoy it! I also love having them ready for a healthy carpool snack.
Yes! I love making a batch of smoothie and divide it up into glasses with lids and freeze the smoothie until ready to enjoy! You can also divide up all the fruit and ingredients into zip loc baggies and then when you are ready dump it all into a blender and add the almond milk.
Absolutely! I always keep spinach on hand because that is a great addition to any smoothie for a boost of leafy greens. Kale is also another great option.

I tried it with a little change to the recipe and it came out amazing! I didn't have any mangoes or almond milk so I used the biggest banana I had and ½ cup of whole milk instead. The smell is a bit funky because of the protein and dragonfruit I believe but the taste meet my expectations 🙂
