Ingredients
Greens-Fresh baby spinach or baby kale are packed with fiber, iron and vitamin A, C and K
Fruit-Frozen pineapple or frozen mango will add a touch of sweet to this green smoothie and a whole banana for a creamy texture.
Avocado- A ripe avocado that is soft, but does not have any black spots. This will add a healthy fat and will keep you full longer.
Kiwi-A small green fruit that is packed with vitamins. Full of vitamin C, K and E as well as potassium
Matcha Powder- Use a high quality green tea powder for the best flavor. Matcha is a Japanese green tea powder that is loaded with antioxidants and has natural caffeine that will give you energy throughout the day.
Milk- Almond milk is my preference for smoothies, but cows milk, coconut milk or oat milk will work great!
