Peanuts + Caramel...does it get better? I would have to say, I'm a chocolate girl, but sometimes I need something a little on the salty side and this Blondie will do the trick! A Blondie is just what is sounds like, the opposite of a brownie and typically made with white chocolate and butterscotch. As I was making these Blondies, about to go the traditional route, I noticed a full container of peanuts in our pantry so I opted to make these salty sweet treats instead. It was a great choice and I might stick with this flavor every time I make Blondies! As for the caramel sauce, you can make your own or buy a good quality store bought brand. Enjoy!
