Tips and FAQS For Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Bread
- Make sure you combine everything well, but don't overmix the batter. If it is overmixed the bread will be too dense
- Store the bread in an airtight container to keep it moist and fresh
It's normal for the top of the bread to puff up and crack when it bakes. If the top isn't cracked, it's probably not ready yet! Just make sure to check doneness by inserting a knife and seeing if it comes out clean.
