Ingredients for Turkey Club Sliders
Hawaiian Rolls: The soft and slightly sweet rolls provide the perfect foundation for these sliders. Just the right size, sweet and savory and easy to use for a crowd.
Deli Meat: Fresh cut deli-style turkey breast sliced thin is exactly what you need for this club sandwich. You can choose classic roasted, smoked or peppered for additional flavor. I also love the addition of fresh cut ham and salami added to this sandwich.
Bacon: Crispy bacon strips bring the perfect crunch and a smoky and salty addition to each slider
Cheese: I love the addition of provolone cheese for a mild flavor but you can also use cheddar or Swiss.
Lettuce & Tomato: For a fresh crunch and some color, add thin slices of lettuce and tomato.
Homemade Mayo Dijon Spread
The Perfect combination of mayonnaise, dijon mustard, garlic powder and oregano make up this delicious and creamy spread that pairs perfectly with the turkey, ham, salami and bacon combination. You don't want to miss this.
How to Make Turkey Club Sliders
Prepare the Rolls
Without separating the rolls, slice them in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
Layer the Ingredients
Spread a thin layer of the Mayo Dijon Spread on the top and bottom half of the rolls. Add the provolone cheese, sliced turkey, ham and salami to cover the rolls.
Veggies and Bacon
Add the fresh tomatoes, lettuce and crispy bacon to the deli meat or any additional ingredients that make it your special club sandwich.
Top with Rolls and Slice
Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the layered ingredients. Using a serrated knife slice each slider all the way through.
Serve!
Tips for Making Turkey Club Sliders
Make Ahead: Assemble the sliders a few hours ahead of time, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Customize: These sliders are a Class Turkey Club Sandwich but can be customized to your liking. You can remove the tomatoes, add pickles or any other fancy spread you love.
Toasted Sliders: If you love warm sandwiches, these would be delicious to bake in the oven right before serving. If you are going to bake these, remove the lettuce and tomatoes and add them back once they are toasted up.
