Quick and easy appetizers are the key to a successful event! This Easy Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip can be made ahead of time and baked right before your event starts for a hot and fresh appetizer that everyone will love!

Ingredients
Cream Cheese-I typically use full fat cream cheese at room temperature but you can use low-fat if you prefer!
Sour Cream-Full fat or reduced fat sour cream will work great for this recipe but another alternative is greek yogurt!
Mayonnaise- Adds a creamy and rich flavor to this recipe, but if you don't have it you can replace with extra sour cream.
Cheese- A combination of parmesan and mozzarella cheese make this extra cheesy and decadent!
Spices- Garlic powder and pepper add the perfect amount spice
Artichoke Hearts-I prefer to use canned artichoke hearts drained, but frozen and defrosted artichoke hearts also work great
Spinach- Frozen spinach that is thawed and drained is the best option for this dip
Crackers-I love using ritz crackers crushed up on top of the dip for an extra buttery and delicious crunch
Step-by-Step Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise; mix to until smooth and creamy
- Add in the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and pepper and mix until fully combined
- Mix in the quartered artichoke hearts and drained spinach
- Pour the creamy dip into a baking dish and cover the top with crushed ritz crackers
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are starting to bubble
- Remove the Spinach Artichoke Dip from the oven and serve immediately with grilled bread or your favorite chips or crackers!
