    A smoothie loaded with flavor and awesome health benefits, Mango Turmeric Smoothie is the perfect way to start the day!

    With summer heat coming in strong, I am always in for a smoothie that is flavorful, but also is packed with nutrients.  I love waking up to a something refreshing and this Mango Turmeric Smoothie is packed with flavor from frozen mango, bananas and almond milk and nutrients using turmeric and collagen power, making this the best combination.  

    Keeping this smoothie the perfect golden color, turmeric is loaded with so many health benefits and this Mango Turmeric Smoothie is a great way to get it in your diet.  Turmeric has been around, but has recently become very popular for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. 

    Adding collagen powder to your smoothie is a bonus that will add a serving of protein and it also promotes glowing skin, strong hair and nails and can improve joint health.  

    Mango Turmeric Smoothie has a tropical feel and is loaded with all the good stuff that will keep you coming back for more!  Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 Cup Frozen mango
    • 1 Banana
    • 1 TBSP Collagen
    • ½ tsp Turmeric
    • ½ Cup Almond Milk
    • Garnish: Mint

    Instructions

    1. In a blender combine the frozen mango, banana, collagen, turmeric and almond milk
    2. Blend on high until smooth
    3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a sprig of mint
    4. Enjoy!
