Ingredients
Peanut Butter-Use no stir creamy peanut butter, I prefer Jif Creamy Peanut Butter.
Brown Sugar-Light brown sugar is the perfect sweetness and helps to create a soft cookie.
Egg-Just one egg needs to be whisked before combining with all the other ingredients.
Vanilla Extract-Adding a light vanilla flavor to this cookie, but most important to make sure to get real vanilla extract and not imitation.

- Scoop the Peanut Butter Cookies onto a lined baking sheet, gently press them down and using a fork create a grid design on top
- Sprinkle each cookie with course sea salt

- Allow the cookies to cool completely before moving them from the baking sheet (they will be very soft until they cool down)

Chill The Batter
Chilling the batter for at least 10 minutes will make them so much easier to scoop. The batter might feel sticky at the beginning but will get thick once it is cold and will be perfect to scoop.
