I love spring entertaining and I am always in the kitchen creating new recipes that my whole family will love. Classic deviled eggs is a favorite, but adding avocados really makes this appetizer super flavorful and extra creamy. Whipped Avocado Deviled Eggs is the perfect easy appetizer for Mother's Day and would also be a fun addition to your Cinco de Mayo festivities.
Whipping the avocado, egg yolks, mayonnaise, lemon juice and all the seasoning in a food processor will make this filling extra smooth and super fluffy! The filling will pipe perfectly into the holes of the egg whites and then can be garnished with watermelon radishes and micro greens or fresh herbs for a beautiful finishing touch.

Ingredients
Egg-boiled at home or store bought, hard boiled eggs are the base of this appetizer. If you are in a rush, I always grab pre boiled eggs at the store, but if you have the time fresh hard boiled eggs are always better!
Avocado- Grab a perfectly soft and ripe avocado
Mayonnaise- My favorite mayonnaise is the Primal Kitchen brand. It is also a dairy free mayonnaise!
Seasoning- Salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice are the flavors that enhance this recipe and make it extra special
Step-by-Step Directions
- Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and scoop the yolks out and place them in the bowl of a food processor; Place the egg whites on a platter and set aside
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and the seed and place the avocado in the bowl of the food processor
- Add the mayonaise, lemon juice, salt, cumin and pepper to the avocado mixture.
- Blend in the food processor for 3-4 minutes or until the filling is creamy and fluffy
- Scoop the mixture into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe the filling into hole of the egg whites
- Garnish with watermelon radishes, micro greens and a sprinkle of paprika
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve

Time Saver
If you don't have time to boil, cool, peel and fill the Deviled Eggs, it is ok to buy hard boiled eggs at the grocery store.
Ingredient Variations
There are so many fun ways to garnish deviled eggs! I love adding thin sliced radishes, but you can also add pickled onions and cilantro goes great with the avocado.
It is always best to serve the deviled eggs the same day they are made, but if you have left overs they can be store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days in an air tight container.
