Peanut Butter M&M Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ⅓ Cup mini M&M’s
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients
  2. Stir until all the ingredients come together and start to stick
  3. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and roll into balls (I like mine to be about 1” in diameter)
  4. Place the energy bites in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat
