    No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

    Made with only FIVE ingredients and a delicious chocolate cookie crust, this No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is rich, creamy, light and fluffy and has the most amazing chocolate peanut butter flavor.

    Super simple yet super delicious! This No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is like biting into the a peanut butter cup but lighter and fluffier. There is so much to love about this decadent peanut butter pie. There is no baking required, from the chocolate cookie crust to the creamy peanut butter filling and topped with mini and regular peanut butter cup candies and chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.

    Ingredients

    Chocolate Cookie Crust Oreo Cookie Crumbs 

    Chocolate Cookie Crumbs- Crumble up chocolate Oreos in a food processor for a fine crumb texture.
    Butter- Unsalted butter will be a perfect addition to this pie crust.   

    No Bake Peanut Butter Filling

    Creamy Peanut Butter- Traditional creamy peanut butter is the best way to go. The natural brands or brands that need to be stirred will not work. These will create very grainy pie that will not look or taste great.  
    Cream Cheese- Full fat cream cheese at room temperature will work the best for this deliciously creamy pie. Substituting for low fat will change the consistency.
    Heavy Whipping Cream- Once the peanut butter mixture is combined, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks to create a light and fluffy texture once folded into the peanut butter.
    Garnish: Peanut Butter Cups, Mini Peanut Butter Cups, Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter Chips

    Cream Together The Peanut Butter Mixture-In an electric mixing bowl with paddle attachment combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract; whisk on medium to high speed until creamy and smooth; scoop into a medium bowl and set aside.

    Whipped Cream-In electric mixing bowl with whisk attachment, whisk the heavy whipping cream until it forms soft peaks 

    Fold- Gently mix (fold) the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture

    Fill The Pie Pan-Continue mixing until fully combined and then pour the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate cookie crust 

    Refrigerate the No Bake Peanut Butter Pie for 3 hours or overnight 

    Garnish with dark chocolate drizzle, mini peanut butter cups, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips

    Tips To Make The Best Peanut Butter Pie

    Creamy Peanut Butter Using creamy peanut butter will be the most important first step to making this pie.

    Room Temperature Ingredients It is very important that the ingredients are all at room temperature so that everything becomes super soft and creamy when making the peanut butter filling.

    How To Store No Bake Peanut Butter Pie This is the perfect pie to make in the night before so that you are fully prepared. Once the Crust and filling are put together, let the pie stay in the refrigerator until ready to serve (best within 2 days) and then garnish the pie the same day your are serving it.

    Can I make this without cream cheese?

    The base of this super creamy and delicious pie is cream cheese and would be really hard to make it as good with out it!

    Can I freeze this pie to enjoy later?

    This is a great pie to stock up and keep in your freezer. Wrap it up with plastic wrap before you freeze it and when you are ready to serve it, make sure to let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.

    Can I use chocolate graham crackers for the crust?

    Yes! This is a great alternative to the Oreo cookie crust.

    Ingredients

    Chocolate Cookie Crust

    • 2 Cups Oreo Cookie Crumbs
    • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted

    No Bake Peanut Butter Filling

    • 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Room Temperature
    • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
    • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream Whipped
    • Garnish: Peanut Butter Cups, Mini Peanut Butter Cups, Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter Chips

    Instructions

    Chocolate Cookie Crust

    • In a medium bowl combine the oreo cookie crumbs and the melted butter and mix until combined
    • Press the Chocolate Cookie Crust into a 9 inch pie plate until it is evenly distributed and the bottom and sides are smooth and flat
    • Place the cookie crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling

    No Bake Peanut Butter Filling

    • In an electric mixing bowl with paddle attachment combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract; whisk on medium to high speed until creamy and smooth; scoop into a medium bowl and set aside.
    • In electric mixing bowl with whisk attachment, whisk the heavy whipping cream until it forms soft peaks
    • Gently mix (fold) the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture
    • Continue mixing until fully combined and then pour the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate cookie crust
    • Refrigerate the No Bake Peanut Butter Pie for 3 hours or overnight
    • Garnish with dark chocolate drizzle, mini peanut butter cups, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips
