Butter- Unsalted butter will be a perfect addition to this pie crust.
No Bake Peanut Butter Filling
Creamy Peanut Butter- Traditional creamy peanut butter is the best way to go. The natural brands or brands that need to be stirred will not work. These will create very grainy pie that will not look or taste great.
Cream Cheese- Full fat cream cheese at room temperature will work the best for this deliciously creamy pie. Substituting for low fat will change the consistency.
Heavy Whipping Cream- Once the peanut butter mixture is combined, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks to create a light and fluffy texture once folded into the peanut butter.

Cream Together The Peanut Butter Mixture-In an electric mixing bowl with paddle attachment combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract; whisk on medium to high speed until creamy and smooth; scoop into a medium bowl and set aside.
Whipped Cream-In electric mixing bowl with whisk attachment, whisk the heavy whipping cream until it forms soft peaks
Fold- Gently mix (fold) the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture
Fill The Pie Pan-Continue mixing until fully combined and then pour the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate cookie crust
Refrigerate the No Bake Peanut Butter Pie for 3 hours or overnight
Garnish with dark chocolate drizzle, mini peanut butter cups, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips
